  • Buy and take prenatal vitamin daily
  • Buy no smaller than 64 oz water bottle (daily recommended intake)
  • Download pregnancy app of choice to phone ( I used OVIA and what to expect)
  • Drink a cup of  milk DAILY ( Calcium deficiency is REAL) - TEETH CAN FALL OUT, bones become weak (Lactaid for those who are lactose intolerant)
  • Research the foods you cannot eat
  • Start baby fund (529, UGMA, Custodial ROTH IRA)
